Cancellation Policy

All readings must be scheduled more than 24 hours before their desired start time. Out of respect for your time and ours, we expect you to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your planned reading, should it become necessary. For your convenience you are able to reschedule or cancel your booking online through this site at any time prior to the 24 hour window. If you cancel within fewer than 24 hours prior to your planned reading time, you will be charged for the full cost of the reading. Due to the personalized nature of this experience, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds after the reading has been performed. We encourage you to make the most of the additional insights your 30- and 90-day check-ins may offer. Readings and subsequent communication are not intended to replace mental, emotional, or psychological support from a trained and licensed clinician. Clients are advised to consult their doctors or other qualified healthcare professionals regarding the treatment of their medical problems. Always consult a medical practitioner or professional therapist. Any use of information shared during a reading or subsequent communication is at the client's discretion and risk.
